I had an issue where I do not see add remove software but I cannot install gnome-packagekit Here is the error. I have tried removing all PackageKit files and reinstalling but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Error: Missing Dependency: libpackagekit-glib.so.10 is needed by package gnome-packagekit-0.3.9-8.fc10.i386 (fedora)

I removed packagekit and gnome-packagekit, then I reinstalled packagekit. When I tried to do the same with gnome-packagekit, I got the exact same error message. And a yum update tells me I'm fully up to date.
