Ghosting FC5

Has anyone been successful using Norton Ghost 8.0 to work imaaging FC5 partitions? These dual boot with XP. I have 80 clients I need to image and would hate to install FC5 one by one.

Never use it. I can tell you about open source apps.

I had some exciting success with the last link talking about the command "dd". It took only a couple of minutes and the new drive booted up like nothing had happened. Although, despite creating an Output File -- "of" -- target partition that was much larger and really the whole motive for moving the installation from one drive to another, I am seeing only room for the space from the original partition. The whole issue seems to be bound up in Logical Volume Management.

Any comments on this, anyone?

BruceC,

Have you gotten ghost to work on FC5? I'm having problem with it as well. I can create the image successfully, but when I try to restore it, I get a message saying "Destination drive too small (40011)"

Not working. I believe it's the LVM FC uses. RH used the typical partitioning scheme which Ghost can easily read. I cannot verify this.
