Ghosting to a CompactFlash

hi,

I just installed Slack onto my 1Gb CompactFlash running on an IDE-adapter. It works great. Now I want to make a ghost copy of this image from the CF as a backup, Then later I might have to ghost it back onto the CF in case I screw up something.
Is there a good software to do that ??

Thanks for your help.

I have never used this software personally, but
it look good. This site also has some good links to other
similar utilities. The only problem, that you might run into
is where to put the image, when it is being created. If
you have cf disk filled, then you have no space to store
the image created. If you have a second hard drive, then
your good to go.

On a side note, I have been looking into building a nice
mini-itx box, with a IDE-to-CF adapter, does it work well.
Also how are the bootup times, since there are no moving
parts is it extremely fast?

Good Luck

tank728, yeah it is working perfectly for an embedded system. Bootup time is very smooth, and also if u are getting the mini-tx fanless, it it very quiet.

Thanks for help answer my question.
