I tried to change a Ogg file to a Mp3 file & received the following result.

search for a tool called ogg2mp3 on google. It's basically a perl script that converts ogg files to mp3 files. U'll need to make it executable by doing "chmod ugo+rx " to the script before executing it on the ogg file you want to change. I save mine in /usr/bin so that everyone on the system can use it.
