i am missing a lot of things
and most of those ARE installed but in non standard locations
QT 4 and 5 are installed
i use GDAL all the time
and matlab is a custom build of Octave
VTK not installed at thin time
so i would need to pass a few things to cmake and rerun

did you DELETE everything in the "build" folder and rerun " cmake .. "
