"Add/Remove Application" not working

When I installed FC2 I selected "Full Instalation". Now I want to uninstall most of the programms because I don't need them. To search for every programmname and rpm -e program would take me more than one night.
I tried "Add/Remove Application" from the menu. There I deselect the programs I don't need anymore but when I click "Update" instead of deinstalling them comes this:
Packages Not Found
The following packages could not be found on your system.
Installation cannot continue until they are installed.
Unlocatable package Required by
tftp-server ('system-config-netboo','0.1.3)
httpd ('system-config-httpd','1.2.0','3')
php ('wordtrans-web','1.1pre13',4')
I didn't wrote every package here 'cause they are so many.
Why can't I deinstall them? Is there a way to fix this or is there another program that does the deinstallation for me?

Thank you in advance!

Ok...I think it's a bug in system-config-packages ...

Apt and Synaptic (GUI for apt) helped me. After a few clicks my hdd was 1,5 Gb smaller
