Wireless network card
I just installed Debian today (it is nowhere near as difficult to installas everyone says) but am clueless as to how I should go about installing/configuring my wireless network card (a DLink DWL g520).
I can't think straight right now as I am jumping right into a minimal sort of a system on Debian from Ubuntu (and previously SuSE) with XFCE as the only desktop environment and having a bit of trouble finding my way around.
I also just recompiled? the kernel (maybe?) when installing the new version of MadWiFi (I know for a fact the old version didn't support my card and the new one does).
Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction as to where I can find information on how to get it going? Any tips would also be greatly appreciate it.
(For the record, Debian with XFCE kicks major but - frankly, I don't know what all of the fuss over Ubuntu is all about).
Thank you
