Have you installed packages (Nvidia or Virtualbox) from outside the REPO system?
Did you check what kernel versions are supported by that module?

I suspect (but cannot directly verify) that there is a support mismatch between DKMS, the kernel, and the module. I do not run NVIDIA (and never will unless someone makes a hardware donation I cannot refuse), so I cannot replicate the issue.

Im using repo from debian (non-free), not from outside. I hear the problem is from update.
