I'd like to download some Sarge iso's, but first i'd like to now if the installation is done with the new Debian installer or if i should wait. Does anybody know?
I have previously installed Woody and also have installed Sarge using the ISO images from the end of September. Yes, it uses the new installer. The pre-rc2 installer was announced as being released at the end of September: http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/
Should the Debian/sarge network installation work with a FritzCard PCI (old version) isdn card work, as well?
There is a hint at the Debian.org page, that only analog modem or ethernet network installation is possible, but not over isdn.
Does this hold only for woody?
