Qt.conf error

I get this error from the debconf file and I'm trying to figure what packages need s to be installed since I did an apt-get install perl-modules or the equivalent to that.

BTW I have 3.0r2 testing set on mine.

debconf: (Can't locate Qt.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.3 /usr/local/share/perl/5.8.3 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.8 /usr/share/perl/5.8 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at /usr/share/perl5/Debconf/FrontEnd/Kde/Wizard.pm line 7.)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
