Are you sure you have a sound card? Normally bttv devices don't serve as sound cards, but I suppose you might be able to drive a powered speaker off the line out socket.

under windows xp, tehre is sound,
soo...
under LINUX, it shall be too

You will have to see which sound hardware device you have (that worked under Win) and see if there is a Linux driver for it.

Looks like a USB device - start here:

You think actulalyl that I might get troubles to install and make it work under linux? Maybe MEPIS has already better hardware support than debian?

Is there any solutions if I intstall the
2.6.30 kernel?

will it change something. I meaan I thought that Debian was not hecking on pieces of hardware anymore, but it is like 10 year ago:
linux and hardware problem always
although mepis is there
