I was using Debian Sid on a VIA chipset asus motherboard.now i got a replacement motherboard(better) Gigabyte 915GV.after that when i tried booting inn,Debian halts? at a message searching for root "/" file.yes.the grub is showing the correct partn.every entry is correct.now the error shows something related to scsi as i got a seagate sata hdd.i want to know how can i set SCSI subsystem to be corrected to get my Debian to boot into.the errors shown are some pci bus no.s etc
