module-init-tools, initramfs-tools broken

Whenever I try to run "upgrade" with either apt-get or aptitude, I get the following output. I have tried to find a solution to this elsewhere, but to no avail. Any advice will be much appreciated. If more diagnostic information is required, please let me know and I will try my best to post it in a timely fashion. I am running Debian Lenny with Linux Kernel 2.6.26-1-686. Thank you for your time.

What's this all about? Any idea? I just checked, and I don't have any such "/sbin/insmod.modutils" file, nor is one listed in the module-init-tools package listing in synaptic. What is the content of your "/etc/apt/sources.list" file?
