linux-image won't install

hi,

I did a debian base install.
then i did apt-get install linux-image-2.6.17-2.686

he gets the image, extracts it, etc...
but then he gives the following error:

Hmm, the package shippd with a symbolic link: /lib/modules/2.6.17-2-686/source.
However i can not read the target: unknown file or directory
Therefore i'm deleting /lib/modules/2.6.17-2-686/source

what do i have to do?

grtz

Nothing. That's a minor warning message, not an error. Just reboot the machine to invoke your new kernel.
