Kanotix review ?

I just wanted to hear a review from anyone that tried kanotix as i didnt find any reviews , kanotix is a livecd thats made from debian/sid so when u install in in ur hard disk it will be just like debian/sid.

i want to try it out as i liked knoppix very much but its not quite optimized when u install it as it will not be very stable

The latest release of kanotix will give you a install of "sid", and you will find the forums to be top notch.

It's terrific. My main linux is an install of BH4 - I don't know why he needs to call these bughunters! Kano took knoppix and made it better. Closest to a straight debian install you are going to get from a livecd distro IMHO. As soon as you hd install, use Kano's script to install kernel source headers and you will be set for compiling anything you want to. I haven't had a chance to try out BH6, but I don't expect anything less than the previous good works before it
