Enlightenment in Kanotix

I just started and I know how to install programs and all the basic stuff. But I don't know how to UNinstall programs. I want to get rid of KDE and Gnome and some programs, but I don't know how. Is there a command for that? Also on Enlightenment, there is no icons or taskbars and I don't believe there is a file manager. I installed Rox file manager, but I don't know how to execute it. I also installed Aterm and Torsmo, but I don't know how to place that on my desktop. I also don't know how to put a clock/date in the corner. I want my desktop to look kinda like this:

kanotix is based on debian , so the easiest way to install and remove programs is with synaptic which is a front-end the commant apt

if you dont have synaptic installed then install it by typing:
apt-get update
apt-get install synaptic
