iceweasel won't load a perl web page

It wants to download it instead.
I should know how to fix this, I have some ideas, but maybe someone knows this. Anyone?

Wouldn't that be a server-side issue? I've been to pages where Iceweasel wants to download the PHP, rather then displaying it. On the other hand, maybe I'm completely wrong.
