howto configure virtual IP and nfs resource in pacemaker

Environment

OS = drbian 7.0 wheezy
Nodes = two
pacemaker = installed
corosync = installed
drbd8-utils = installed

Query

I have successfully configure drbd with Active Passive mode and manually switching the primary roles. This is going good. I configure Virtual IP via LCMC but the resource is not able to start. I even tried to start via crm but same is happening. drbd , pacemaker and corosync is started. Any document available which I can follow for debian.

crm(live)resource# status ClusterIP
resource ClusterIP is NOT running

crm(live)resource# start ClusterIP
crm(live)resource# status ClusterIP

resource ClusterIP is NOT running
