How to adjust a program window's size?

I installed kbfx 0.4.9 and tried to configure it. Unfortunately, kbfx configuration program window size is larger than my screen resolution 1024X768. So I can not click the Ok and apply buttons at the bottom of the window, since they are not shown. How to adjust a program's screen window size to fit into my screen resolution?

I presume you can see the top-left corner of that screen. Point your mouse at exactly that corner, press and hold the left mouse button and drag the corner to the lower right. Release the mouse button. Now move your mouse to the top of the window (the bar above the bar containing the File|Edit|Help menu's) and leftclick again. Hold and drag it back to the top-left corner. Repeat as required until you see the buttons you need.

Thanks, I did as you suggested, but the top-left corner of that screen does not move when I press and hold the left mouse button and try to drag it to the lower right.

Ok. I solved it by changing the kde font to smaller one.
