Unhappy DVB under sarge with Medion-usb, 95700 Cx Chip

Hello!
I hope I've choosed the right group for this!

I've a medion usb-DVB box(medion 95700), which was reported that is was running under a version of suse-linux (I don't know the correct version)
Reading this, last I bought this device at once.
Now, after half a year, I wanted to install it:
I was disappointed:
I'm using debian sarge and so I did fetch a new kernel.
Ok. I made the kernel (version 2.6.13) with the right drivers for this device.
The device is on and the remote-interface on the box is recocniced.
Also the Hub on the device is reported that it works.
But nothing else!!
I give you a list produced by dmesg, lsmos and lsusb.
Are there any drivers missing?
Or do I have to make some device-files under /dev?

Can someone help me.

Which Programm (xine, kaffeine, vlc) is the best for watching DVB TV?

Thank you for your answers
