Debian Jessie and HP pavilion DM4 B43 wifi

Hello,
my wife has a DM4 on which I installed Debian Jessie quite some time ago. Everything works fine if not for the wifi.
It uses B43 and broadcom firmware, but it refuses to work with any kernel >3.16.
So I cannot install the bpo kernel, nor the liquorix..
I tried to change the wifi card but of course HP whitelisted the card in the bios, so I am pretty stuck.
Any suggestion for a workaround on making the B43 driver work?
Thanks

Why not?

Both the Liquorix & the jessie-backports kernels are on version 4

Just use them.

If you can't get a connection of any sort on your machine (live environment?), then go to a wi-fi cafe or a library and download the .deb package for the backported kernel and install it with `dpkg -i <name of .deb>` (or gdebi).
