Debian CD woes :(

I want to download the Debian ISO CDs. However to my surprise there are 14 of 'em!!!

Surely one does not need all 14 CDs just to install Debian. And I remember from Red Hat, the last couple of CDs are usually the source code CDs. So can someone tell me which first CDs I need just to install Debian. The first 3?

the first two cds should be sufficient...........................

if you have broadband internet access................then use net install cd.................it will take about 1 hour to setup your system with the most recent version of apps
