deb install in fedora???

Is it possible installing a deb package under fedora?

I want to install these:
http://torvalds.cs.mtsu.edu/~zach/debian/1.0.2/

Will I get the option to unstall a deb package successfully in future?

There are probably some rpms out there but if there aren't just use alien to convert deb to rpm.
