adding repo

hi guys im newbie to Debian and i have encounter some probs hope i can sort it out with you..
i have installed Debian over network and now i want to add repository

i want to add this reposits

deb http://192.168.16.2:3142/ftp.fr.debian.org/debian/ etch main contrib
deb-src http://192.168.16.2:3142/ftp.fr.debian.org/debian/ etch main contrib
deb http://192.168.16.2:3142/security.debian.org/ stable/update main
deb http://192.168.16.2:3142/debian.educenter.com/ etch main contrib

and how can update apt source

Add those repo's to this file: /etc/apt/sources.list

then type in the command: apt-get update

and you added those resources in the proper way

well there are multiple ways to add sources.
the method i gave you (incl apt-update) is the most common method.
