Yes. But the main installer is about 125Mb in ISO form. This will populate a small minimal file system, and allow you to use 'yum' to install the rest. For example, from a base install, you can install a base gnome-2.4 system by typing 'yum install gnome' or kde, apache, samba, mozilla, etc... in the same manner.
If you do a network install (preferred) you can select general package groups at install time.
You however can not do a network install via modem because the initrd does not have the dialup tools built in.
Lastly, don't do this quite yet. The dialup tools are still being integrated to the distro. I anticipate this will be resolved in a week or so. check back on this thread or the cAos mailing lists shortly.
