gnome freeze on start up


Hi every body ,as from the topic , improvise if i try to log into gnome , appears the gnome shell wallpapers and top bar but I cannot doing nothing .. I've try to delete .config/gnome-session but the problem persist , if I try to log into another desktop environment everything going fine .. and also if I try to log into gnome from another user the things going fine
