MX is tops, but...

The people behind this distro must be some of the top brains in linuxdom. So, why do they feel like they can be snarky and take swipes at contributing users for asking questions?

I have to feel sorry for their wives, children and pets. They must catch hell at the end of the day

I found out you can block them on the FB group and not have to endure their childishness. Not possible on the regular forums, afik.

I've never had any problems on the MX Forums, nor AntiX Forums, who have some of the same people participating - I did see some bad attitude on another distros forum though, so, I think it depends on the people corresponding with each other.

It is everybody's right to use the ignore feature. I have no problem with that. Freedom, you know. I exercised my right to express an honest opinion.

Yes, it's only one or two people, but those one or two are at the very top of the organization. They needed to be called out. Sorry it bothered you so much.

Also, there is one very nasty person at another distro. I think he's an alcoholic and I don't suffer alcoholics.

Again, I appologize if anyone was offended by the complaint. It's sad that LQ isn't open minded.

Looking gift horses in the mouth to me is not sign of a open mind.

Sorry. Just a ruff gruff biker who is open minded and tries to be polite on a forum setting but when rubbed the wrong way.

I screw up and speak my mind also.

I will back off for now and change my ignore list setting.
