he pin board has not yet been used ... set the default background.
After deinstallion of unused desktops I get the below mentioned message
Code:
The pin board has not yet been used ... set the default background. Start ROX-Filer with 'rox -p = Default' to activate the pin board.
STARTUP_DELAY="10" desktop-session.conf is set, but nothing but without any effect.
And how can I start ROX-Filer with 'rox -p = Default'. When I start the rox-filer, the minitures will appear, but how to make an entry rox -p = Default?
I checked the manual, but I dont find anything about that.
indeed, uninstalling things can have undesired side effects. But I guess, that Rox desktop environment is the only desktop that handles icons. Or are there others easier to handle?
I will try mxlinux on another pc, but I assume, that antix is better for older hardware.
I ve tried the above mentioned efforts, but in vain. I always get that nasty message. So what else can I do instead of migrating to mxlinux which comes with xfce desktop
