Trouble starting Amigo

I installed Amigo on my second FAT partition, or "D:" in Windows. I've tried booting without any input in the boot: prompt, and I've tried /dev/hda2 - with the first, I get a "kernel panic: give init= to prompt" (or something of the sort). With the latter, I get an error about the filesystem.

What is the /dev/xxxx option for a secondary partition?

If D: is the first logical drive in the extended partition, it will probably be /dev/hda5. (/dev/hda2 is the extended partition in this case)
If D: is a separate hard drive then it would probably be hdb1, hdc1, or hdd1.
