Cron stopped working - How do I troubleshoot?

Hi,

I have the following 'nmon' cron scheduled on a few of my boxes:
Code:
0 6 * * * /usr/sbin/nmon_aix53 -fdt -s180 -c479 -m /logs/nmon
But since Feb 18 the logs simply seem to have stopped generating:
Code:
[/logs/nmon] # ls -ltr /logs/nmon/ | tail
-rw-r--r-- 1 root system 675142 Feb 09 05:57 prapbc2_100208_0600.nmon
-rw-r--r-- 1 root system 663453 Feb 10 05:59 prapbc2_100209_0600.nmon
-rw-r--r-- 1 root system 671084 Feb 11 05:58 prapbc2_100210_0600.nmon
-rw-r--r-- 1 root system 675227 Feb 12 05:57 prapbc2_100211_0600.nmon
-rw-r--r-- 1 root system 674877 Feb 13 05:57 prapbc2_100212_0600.nmon
-rw-r--r-- 1 root system 673489 Feb 14 05:57 prapbc2_100213_0600.nmon
-rw-r--r-- 1 root system 674972 Feb 15 05:57 prapbc2_100214_0600.nmon
-rw-r--r-- 1 root system 675083 Feb 16 05:57 prapbc2_100215_0600.nmon
-rw-r--r-- 1 root system 674994 Feb 17 05:57 prapbc2_100216_0600.nmon
-rw-r--r-- 1 root system 675147 Feb 18 05:57 prapbc2_100217_0600.nmon
Just need a head-start as to where/what I should be looking at for this issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated :-).

A communication gap between the team :-). There was an nmon upgrade done during my time off from work couple of weeks back and the filename had changed from nmon_aix53 to nmon12e_aix530. As a result the scheduler was trying to fire a non-existent file.

Nevertheless, as part of the search I could see failures registered in /var/adm/cron/log,

Code:
root : CMD ( /usr/sbin/nmon_aix53 -fdt -s180 -c479 -m /logs/nmon ) : PID ( 1851638 ) : Sun Apr 11 06:00:00 2010
root : CMD ( /home/root/scripts/check_fs.ksh ) : PID ( 1953996 ) : Sun Apr 11 06:00:00 2010
Cron Job with pid: 1851638 Failed
but not specific error as to why the job failed.

Is there any log where this sort of detail gets registered?
