View Poll Results: Desktop Distribution of the Year
Guys if you want a distro on the list, then don't vote, just simply request for the distro you want to vote for to be added, on the thread, and jeremy will add it. I'm pretty sure that's how it works.
p.s.
I didn't want to vote for SolusOS this year, but i agree with you raywoods. SolusOS is one distro to keep a sharp eye on. It's slowly leaving it's Debian roots, and the future plans seem to be very promising. It is currently the distro i find the most interesting; and i say this as a (usually) Opensuse user. I can't wait for SolusOS 2.
Distribution: Debian, Red Hat, Slackware, Fedora, Ubuntu

Zenwalk was removed last year as it only received a single vote in 2010.
Maybe i'm too newbie, but in my laptop Chakra succeded where some else (ubuntu, KUbuntu, openSUSE, and even debian) failed. Namely run kde smoothly. Great comunity besides.
For ease of use and functionality and tweakability, my favorite was Ubuntu Maverick Meerkat, but since that wasn't an lts, I'll go with Lucid Lynx. The newer Ubuntus are good if Unity or Gnome 3 is replaced by Cinnamon. Right now I have my laptop running options of Cinnamon, Lxde, or Xfce and I use mainly lxde because i have gotten used to it, but I find Cinnamon easier to use. So:
either Linux Mint with Cinnamon (I have on my desktop) or Ubuntu 10.04 with Gnome 2.
Arch, Arch and 1,000 times, Arch. Every time I go and try a new distro, I always find myself right back on Arch within a few weeks. Everything just works the way I want it to.
