how to change functionality of tab in dialog

I want to go to the next field in a Dialog form using Tab .
What should i do.After pressing Tab it directly goes to the button.
plz suggest me

I think you cannot change it without sources. The order of elements (fields, buttons) are defined in the app.

Is there any other option which is similar to dialog but has not tab problem??

Yes you were right, I have solved the problem by making changes in the source.
