finding source for the Alt-Tab dialog

Greetings, all.

I'm using xfwm4 on Fedora Core 4, and the dialog for changing the active window via alt+tab is simply unacceptable. I like everything else, though, so I'm not really looking to change window managers. I would like to find another program that I can attach to the keybinding to take its place, but I've googled for hours to no avail.

My next thought was to steal some code from another window manager, as I've seen done to get the gnome-panel-run-dialog working, but I have no idea where to look. Any help?

I'm curious, why do you object to "the dialog for changing the active window"? I've never used xfwm4.

It only lists the window currently being selected. The dialog might as well not be there at all. Speaking of which, I've been trying out fluxbox, and the dialog isn't there at all.
