freeBSD binaries?

Is there an ETA on when there will be binary packages available for FreeBSD? My system does not have the horse power for speedily compiling packages.
Thanks for any and all replies.

There already are, through packages and can be found on FreeBSD's FTP.

You may find Using Binary Packages, from the FreeBSD handbook useful.

Hope that helps.

John
I'd completely forgotten about this issue and I started updating my ports yesterday, and I didn't think anything of it when portmaster found packages to download!
