Look for your NICs in /etc/rc.conf. It should be pretty apparent what you need to change. I believe the FreeBSD Handbook also has documentation on this.

The interface that I'll going to change was xl0, but then when I read the man page, its the interface for DHCP if I'm not mistaken. Then I didn't found any hostname.xl0 in /etc directory.
What will I do?

The xl device is for 3Com NICs. Look in rc.conf for ifconfig_xl0.

in rc.conf

ifconfig_xl0="inet your_ip netmask 255.255.255.0"

take a look at /etc/defaults/rc.conf
