X.org Modules Failing to Load on NetBSD

I've recently upgraded XFree86 to X.org on my NetBSD machine via pkgsrc, cnfigured X with xorgconfig, and X won't start. The modules "fbdevhw" amd "shadow" don't exist. The last error on the list is that it has found a screen, but it can't use it. What do I install to get these modules?
