New PC build, FreeBSD on ASUS Sabertooth 990fx and AMD FX8350 possible?

/* I understand it would probably be better to ask this on the FreeBSD forums, but I just need a quick reply */

In the hardware notes it is not listed as an option, but I do know that they recieve many updates for hardware so I am not going to rely completely on that. A couple of weeks ago I discovered this forum and I found that a member was indeed able to use the AMD FX8350, but I do not know if he was using a UEFI compatible mobo like the Sabertooth.

http://www.freebsd.org/releases/9.1R/hardware.html <== Release notes
http://forums.freebsd.org/showthread.php?t=38006 <== FX8350 user

Essentially my question is: (As confirmation) Does it OFFICIALLY support the FX8350 and will it work on the Sabertooth if it is booted under UEFI?

Please redirect me to the proper source if I was just being ignorant.

Just try and boot it with installation CD. If -STABLE fails try -CURRENT ... in latter case be prepared to disable development and debugging features ...

Alright thanks, I just subscribed to the hardware mailing list as a secondary aid. Thanks for the reply, I will try that out once I get my box built and I will post again if I run into trouble thanks!

Boot0 should be able to load GPT+UEFI systems just fine in 9.1.
