limited cpu use of a process (apache)

Hiya. Is there any way to limit the cpu use of a process? I have gameservers running on a box, and apache for some small things. The games are highest priority, so I want to limit the amount of cpu that apache can take up (say... 10%). I know I can renice processes, but that still doesn't ensure that apache won't interfere.

Thanks!!
Justin
