KDE manage incorectly my mouse.

I use FreeBSD 5.4 and KDE 3.2.
I start the KDE via startx command but my mouse work incorectly.
I move the mouse very slow but the cursor on the screen has big move around entire screen.I move the mouse 1 mm and the cursor has a 20 santimeters trace.
I can not do any actions in that way.
When I start the KDE via X and xterm with command startkde all things are right. The mouse works fine.

How I can solve the problem?
Thanks in advance.
