But anyway, after login you are in root. try typing kdm or gdm or xdm first.
see if you had them installed.
if you didn't I recommend that you install them (one at least). It simplyfies the process of X loading
well im running freebsd 5.3 and x works beacause when i type startx x comes up and loads up the 3 xterms and now i install flux and i just wanna use that but i have no clue where to start.
