Boot Loader question

Hello:

Can someone give me a quick tutorial on the FreeBSD boot loader? Thanks

Currently:

FreeBSD 5.2.1 (installing later today)
and WinXp Pro SP2

same drive, a 120 Gb

p.s. Is there anyway to use gag? I hear it's pretty good. and how would I install it?

And... if you search this forum, you'll find step-by-step how to use the Windows boot loader to load FreeBSD. Your choice.
