Did you read the guide? You don't
find Wine--you just
use it.
For example, if you have a setup.exe file, right-click on it and select
open with and then use the command
to open it.
Wine is helper application. You don't launch it by itself.
You use it to open a .exe (native Windows executable).
It's like asking how to "open" the click function in your mouse. You don't "open" it--you just use it. Just click, and the mouse will open the file for you.
Just use Wine to open the .exe. Don't open Wine by itself. There is no Wine by itself.
Take a look at
this screenshot as an example.
Step 1 is right-clicking the FileZilla setup .exe and selecting to open with Wine.
Step 2 is the installation wizard appearing to help me install FileZilla.
