upgrate problem with wine 1.1.38

i can not update wine 1.1.38,installed on my ubuntu 9.10
it give this warning:

Requires installation of untrusted packages
The action would require the installation of packages from not authenticated sources.

System>Administration>Software Sources
"Proprietary Drivers" and "Software Restricted by copyright or legal issues" must be unchecked.
