dist-upgrade

Was wondering if someone might know why when I change my sources.list to 'testing' apt-get/dselect can't seem to find any packages.
So that when I try anything ie dist-upgrade or even just to install a package it says :

Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Calculating Upgrade... Done
0 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

My sources.list file seems good, apt-get update gives :

Hit ftp://ftp.skynet.be testing/non-US/main Packages
Hit ftp://ftp.skynet.be testing/non-US/main Release
Hit ftp://ftp.skynet.be testing/non-US/contrib Packages
Hit ftp://ftp.skynet.be testing/non-US/contrib Release
Hit ftp://ftp.skynet.be testing/non-US/non-free Packages
Hit ftp://ftp.skynet.be testing/non-US/non-free Release
Hit ftp://ftp.skynet.be testing/non-US/main Sources
Hit ftp://ftp.skynet.be testing/non-US/main Release
Hit ftp://ftp.skynet.be testing/non-US/contrib Sources
Hit ftp://ftp.skynet.be testing/non-US/contrib Release

You do not have any sources for the main branch of testing just the non-us ones here are my testing sources.
Code:
# Testing
deb http://ftp2.de.debian.org/debian/ testing main non-free contrib
deb http://nonus.debian.org/debian-non-US testing/non-US main contrib non-free
# Sources
deb-src http://ftp2.de.debian.org/debian testing main contrib non-free
deb-src http://nonus.debian.org/debian-non-US testing/non-US main contrib non-free

ya that was it thank you, when you not used to those apt lines it all looks the same. Now I seem to be having a bit of a problem with the updgrade though, it almost works fine but then towards the end something to do with a gnome package can't be installed so the installation aborts. I remember seeing a post about that somewhere on this forum going to try check it out, thanks again.
