Ubuntu 10.04 and Password requests

If I am working at my desk using Ubuntu 10.04 and stop using the computer for a short time (like a Coffee break), when I return I have to give my Password to get back in.
This didn't happen on earlier versions.
How can I bypass this.

Hi Cliff

Try looking in System > Preferences > Screensaver
and check if the box to "Lock screen when screensaver is active" has a tick in it.
