Running bcompare => /home/ssun/lib/beyondcompare/BCompare: No such file or directory

After installing "Download Beyond Compare 3" via http://www.scootersoftware.com/download.php on my 64-bit workstation (uname -a => Linux ssun-desktop 2.6.31-19-generic #56-Ubuntu SMP Thu Jan 28 02:39:34 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux) and follow /home/ssun/Desktop/bcompare-3.1.10.11626/README to install this tool:
1) ./install.sh (result => Executable is /home/ssun/bin/bcompare)
2) Run Beyond Compare via $HOME/bin/bcompare, the failure was displayed as follows:

ssun@ssun-desktop:~/Desktop/bcompare-3.1.10.11626$ $HOME/bin/bcompare
/home/ssun/bin/bcompare: /home/ssun/lib/beyondcompare/BCompare: No such file or directory
/home/ssun/bin/bcompare: /home/ssun/lib/beyondcompare/BCompare: Success
ssun@ssun-desktop:~/Desktop/bcompare-3.1.10.11626$ ls -l /home/ssun/lib/beyondcompare/BCompare
-rwxr-xr-x 1 ssun ssun 19982966 2010-03-23 14:13 /home/ssun/lib/beyondcompare/BCompare

The following variables inside $HOME/bin/bcompare are displayed as follows:

BC_LIB=/home/ssun/lib/beyondcompare

EXEC=$BC_LIB/BCompare

------------------------------
If anyone successfully run this tool and can list steps to fix this problem, that'll be very apprecaied.

Regards,
SS
