I am testing 12.10 with Gnome Shell on a Thinkpad x220i, I've problem of lost focus when typing, it mostly happen on Firefox and Thunderbird which I used most, when I typing something the cursor suddenly disappeared, or I tried to copy and paste but ctrl-v doesn't work, also no left mouse click, but right click works fine. A quick fix for this problem is open a text editor, yes the cursor shows again when I switch to other application, and hopefully I can typing something in there, and then I will regain focus on other apps as well. This is not new to me, I've the same problem on 12.04, any idea ?

probably the focus is "stolen" by an app? a hidden message from somewhere?

I wish I could find the "theft " !
