OK,as you asked (nearly), I'll point out that these things are called 'distributions' (and there are already quite a few of them).

In Linux I'am a beginer, but I have a daydream - create own build of Ubuntu-based operation system. At the first time I plane that it's will be Ubuntu with a few addition programms inside. Name of my future OS - Uguntu

Not quite clear why you would do this. If you are merely creating a version of Ubuntu witrh a few extra programs, be aware that any user of Ubuntu can achieve a similar end position by installing Ubuntu and clicking on a button to add extra programs.
Now I can see it if the extra programs that you mean are in some way difficult to get for standard Ubuntu (but with 15,000+ already available in various repositories, it would be interesting to see what those new programs are).
Or maybe you think that the default selection is unsuitable for some particular market segment?
Note also that Ubuntu have got rather protective about the name Ubuntu recently and anything that includes 'Ubuntu', and you may get a visit from their lawyers about the usage of Uguntu. Or, maybe they feel that they can only do this if you include the exact sequence of characters, I don't know.
