new install on dual proc machine: ahc_dv_0 & ahc_dv_1 are topping at 100%?

When I top my mahcine with the new 2.6.11 686 smp kernel, I see two processes running 100% (one on each CPU) - ahc_dv_0 & ahc_dv_1. Anyone know what these are and/or how to keep them from running?
