Hey, i have experimenting on inkscape doing some icons for .pdf files and some others but
i would like to start doing my own icon theme, but i cant find information on :
a. making icon themes for gnome

and

b. how to make svg icons, cause well i did the icons i have on inkscape but even though i made them there and save them as a svg when i try to enlarge them well it didnt behave as a svg.

So if you guys have any info i would appreciate and when im done ill pass on my icons. By the way how do I choose a license for them. ????
